I have been going here for years. The price is right and they will make sure your cut is right too. They finish off with a warm lather shave of the neck and a should massage. They offer services for men and women with barbers and stylists as well as tanning beds. Ask for Craig or Ed.
The Mug and Brush is a true South Minneapolis gem. After moving to the neighborhood, I tested out a few salons that didn't seem to understand how to handle women with shorter haircuts. Kathy is incredible. She fixed my botched haircut, and I've been going back to her ever since. Expect a no-frills experience with lots of good conversation for a reasonable price. #smallthanks for small business week
Great local barber shop that has been in this same Nokomis neighborhood location for 50 years. Curt cut my hair. They also do a neck shave with a straight blade and a shoulder massage which felt great. Nice casual vibe with lots of lively conversation.
