I was a little hesitant going to this clinic based off the bad reviews I was seeing. However, I'm glad I did! The clinic is very clean, parking lot is amble, and everyone was so nice. Dr Sudel was very professional, he offered fun activities/jokes to my 7 yr old as a distraction from the "scary" Dr office. My concerns were heard and I felt like they were genuine about testing/treatment options for my daughters belly aches. We still have a long process, but I'm happy to go through it with this clinic. Highly recommend to anyone with littles who are experiencing abdominal discomfort.
First time appt today per referral from my primary for my son who is 11yo. I was impressed with the front desk staff, promptness of appt (we were there right on time and my son decided to use the restroom after checking in and they called his name right away- so fast he was still in the restroom). The team in the back was great start to finish. The staff and the doctor, Dr Boris Sudel, were all great. Dr was relatable to my child and my child is still talking about the jokes he made during the appt. He had his blood drawn and the employee (not sure title) was so great at allowing him to dictate how he wanted it done- she was patient and accommodating. I work in dentistry and can be quick to tell my children to just behave and do what they’re told, but it was great that she allowed him to make decisions (do you want a countdown or no?, etc). I tried my best to put my Mom and background aside and was so happy to see he was in great hands. It was a great experience and I felt my child was treated above and beyond. Even on departure the front was saying their goodbyes and thank yous. I appreciated the high level of care my son received. Highly recommend
Everyone was so kind and helpful. They all listening to my 9 year old's concerns and fears and handled it in the most amazing way. I would absolutely recommend MNGI Pediatrics! I felt like he got the best care possible and that is a relief as a parent.
