Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER YOUR CONTACTS FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible horrible experience. I ordered my contacts after my appointment in EARLY AUGUST with someone at the optometrist office over the phone who confirmed my order for two boxes. First, they messed up my order over the phone and I only received trial contacts. Okay, mistakes happen from time to time I thought so I called back to correct the issue and waited again for my order. Yesterday my package arrives damaged with 1 of my boxes missing. I go down to try and fix the issue but am told since it was shipped and it said I received the package, it is out of their hands, and I am told to file a claim with USPS....read full review

When I have to come to urgent , I always make an appointment and save my spot in line, but what’s the purpose when I still have to wait a long time . I had appointment and still waiting hours.

HealthPartners clinical care is just fine, usually better than fine. But its technology is very lacking, has been for years, and never gets better. They encourage online appointments. I tried to make one. Got wrong clinic, and no button to get me back out and to the right clinic. Also got wrong level of care - I needed to schedule with audiology tech but got Aud.D. Why don't they get their technology up to the standards of other local providers?
