ERoof did a great job. They showed up when they promised and completed the work as proposed. They cleaned up well and the city inspector said the roof looked good. They patched some cedar siding that was bad and now it looks great.

The eRoof team was immediately responsive from my initial query through the final walk-thru. They went above and beyond to ensure we understood the work, offered to work with our insurance, and always picked up the phone when we called. On top of that - and before we had even signed a larger agreement with them - the team came out same-day to do an immediate patch on our leaky roof. It meant that the team came to our house after a full day of work on other homes, and yet they worked with intentionality. Excellent customer service from Teddy and the team executed flawlessly. We received more than we expected with eRoof especially when compared to other gutter systems. We have a new build, and other companies were just going to install gutters! eRoof goes the extra mile by replacing flashings that could pose a problem down the road, provides the best quality materials, and beat other competitors on price. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate calling Teddy with eRoof for any of my home services in the future.
