Dr. Dickson is a true professional. When there was trouble time and again with my insurance, enough that anyone else would have simply dropped me and moved on, he worked with the company to find a solution that let me get the treatment I need. Beyond that, it's the small touches that make the experience friendly and comfortable. Ginger candy to get rid of the post nasal taste of spravato. Calm music. A humidifier. Offers to work around the bus schedule I need to use. I overslept for an appointment and he called me to check to make sure I was OK. He's been endlessly eager to make sure I'm comfortable and satisfied.

Mr. Dickson offers trauma informed care and services. His knowledge of medications and how they work together is extensive. He understands co-occuring disorders and all the different psychological diagnosis. He offers many types of therapy and I don't know exactly where I would be without him. He has literally CHANGED my life, and the lives of people close to me as well. Happy mom, happy kids!
