However, reaching the clinic for information and refills can sometimes be difficult, as the phone system often directs callers to an answering machine during limited business hours. Despite this, some staff members, like Mariah, are known for their kindness and excellent service. Patients can choose between in-person or video appointments, and the clinic aims to provide accurate billing and quick responses to inquiries. Recently, patients have noted that the only online payment option is via PayPal, which they find outdated and would prefer a broader selection of payment methods. Overall, the staff work hard, and the clinic continues to strive for better accessibility and service.
This review is about some years ago and Anna Dralle was an amazing therapist when I was seeing her. I genuinely think I would not be as stable as I am without her so many years ago. I wish her and the clinic the best
Giving three stars because the DBT program helped save my life. As for the stars knocked off? This is a warning to anyone who is trying to have your records shared to your new clinic/provider- Psych Recovery refuses to release without court order, even if you signed a ROI. According to their policy. Here’s what happened that’s making me leave as one of their patients:

I’ve been working with my psychiatrist at this location for almost 11 years now. Psychiatry can be tough because they specialize in medicine, not talking it through or coping mechanisms, but I have had so much success working with the provider I have. I have referred others who also thoroughly enjoy the relationship and trust they have with their providers at this clinic. Staff are always quick to help and nice, though I have had issues getting a hold of billing multiple times. Overall, I highly recommend.
Update Feb 2026: billing has improved and they’ve been incredibly helpful
