We called Dave to winterize our irrigation system. When he called me back, he said he could come out that afternoon to do it. I said that was great and he at least showed up when he said he would, but I was at work and my pregnant wife was at home and explained the system as best as she could. He called me with a few questions, but I decided to drive the 10 min home to just help him with it since it was his first time dealing with our system. It's not that complicated, but basically in the 10 minutes it took me to drive home he decided he didn't want to do the job and was gone before I got home and my wife had no idea he had left. I called this man on 09/08/2023 and was told the earliest he could come to service my house in Brooklyn Park was 09/27/2023. I asked him if he would send a text or an email reminder and he replied with “this is your reminder”. Thinking that was a little strange I wrote down the date on my work calendar and in my phone. He said he would arrive between 8 AM and noon, however never did. I called him multiple times and it always went straight to voice mail. This is ridiculous so now I must call another company as we get closer to things freezing. Definitely do not recommend

Dave wasn’t professional at all. His customer service was horrible. I found him on Google and I had called him on a Monday to see when he could come and blow out our sprinklers for the winter. He told me he could do it the next day (Tuesday) between certain hours. At this point, I was happy…until he didn’t show up at all that next day. So I called him on Wednesday morning to see if he was still planning on coming. He had the nerve to tell me that not only had he never spoke to me about it but he also tried to call me out for calling him instead of texting like “people normally do this time of year”. He said he could show up that afternoon and blow out the sprinklers....read full review
