My bank uses this service for direct deposit information and it was a nightmare. Clickswitch wont let my bank or myself know who the information is being sent to or to what email address. Long story short, my info was supposedly sent to my new employer 3 weeks ago and no one knows where it is. Absolutely no info or customer service help. A complete waste of time.
