Where do I start? I received an estimate from a very nice person over the telephone. The price was good , she even gave me a discount. I loaded the rug in the back of my car. Uffda, it was very heavy. When I arrived, their staff greeted me and unloaded the trunk for me. They carried it in and unrolled it, and suggested several cleaning processes. A few weeks it was ready and I picked it up. All very friendly people.
