“HealthPartners (HP) Urgent Care is Bangin'!!! I was there two days in a row; first day was for me, Mom, and the second day was for my two children. We got there early so after being seen, getting labs and X-rays for whatever illness is running rampage around this time. The HP Medical Staff got us in and out.
I will say this, the front desk Blonde ladies were excellent!! Will HP please stop forcing them ladies to kiosk us too death. I had to kiosk at McDonalds, so I made it fun and added jalapenos and mushrooms to everything. Don't be trying to get rid of the humans because HP is trying to do the man-made robot. (kiosk). Sure, the Staff want vacation(s), but if I get an answer wrong on the kiosk, is it going to zap me??? Zap, I'm cured???

They are kind of informal here which is refreshing for a high stressed workplace. I was told by one of the nurses that it was us three and an emergency patient there at the time in Urgent Care. So I didn't understand why a collection of nursing staff would pick a room between both us and the other patient to laugh and giggle loudly. Don't they have other rooms away from patient care for all of that?? Or at least a break room?? I asked another staff about those actions and after she rolled her eyes all the way to the back of her head and came back around to face me, the staff said that's not cool, get in and get out. Wow!!”
