I participated in the Candlelight class and it was just want my body needed. It was focused on stretching and relaxation. The room was warm, so I still worked up a sweat without feeling like I was working out. It's located in a strip mall, so there is a ton of parking. They even have a locker room with showers should you need it. I had an enjoyable time and would certainly go back.

Abby was awesome! Went to the slow flow class after taking a serious yoga hiatus, and Abby was great at giving alternate poses to the class. The speed was perfect and the overall vibe was great. I will definitely be back to take more classes from Abby!

Love YogaSix! The atmosphere at YogaSix is great. Everyone is super friendly the lights are dimmed they have towels for you. Everything is seamless and welcoming. Best place I've found so far.
