“Had a guy named Will come out and he was absolutely awesome. Came in with a thermal imaging camera and as able to point out where the water damage was and what was still wet from a broken water line. Unfortunately my insurance wasn't willing to cover the upfront payment and I was not able to at the time so I didn't get the full experience even though I think it would have been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this company from the little time I spent with the representative showing up to my house with the correct knowledge, skills and tools“

“We had Shineway of Mankato in our LeCenter home to clean all the carpets in 6 rooms plus the 21stairs. The new equipment the company now has is nothing short of amazing. Three years ago the carpets were left extremely wet and took days to dry. This new steaming and extracting equipment left us with only damp carpet which dried overnight. No high humidity to deal with at all. The owner was here with an employee who made it obvious they are focused on satisfaction. If you experienced wet carpets in previous years you won't now. The extraction is super. Carpet looks like new! Highly recommend!!“
