Came in with a thermal imaging camera and as able to point out where the water damage was and what was still wet from a broken water line. Unfortunately my insurance wasn't willing to cover the upfront payment and I was not able to at the time so I didn't get the full experience even though I think it would have been exceptional. Three years ago the carpets were left extremely wet and took days to dry. This new steaming and extracting equipment left us with only damp carpet which dried overnight. No high humidity to deal with at all. The owner was here with an employee who made it obvious they are focused on satisfaction. If you experienced wet carpets in previous years you won't now.
