“We called and left a message. We received a return call within 24 hours and got on their schedule within 3 days, which was the day and time of our choosing. He showed showed up on time and put protection down on our wood floors before starting work. It was an easy job as we hadn't moved in yet, so the house was empty. He cleaned about 1600 sqft in half a day. He was courteous and payment was simple. We would use Erdman Carpet Care again.“
