“Overall, amazing experience with Precision.
Positives:
- given a DETAILED description of the work that would be performed and HOW it would be performed; as well as provided pictures of the trees that would be taken down to make sure exact work performed was what I requested
- Had all my questions answered about the manner in which the work would be performed during initial business
- Received a very fair quote for the work to be performed
- Was given recommendations on how best the work should be done
- on the day of the work, plywood was laid down in the yard to protect the grass, etc, as large machinery needed to be used
- I observed excellent team work from the climbers/cutters, machine operators (crane, etc) and trimmers
- the work was done EXTREMELY efficiently and timely
- clean up was impeccable...raking, picking up of even the smallest branches, etc...outstanding

Honestly, about the only improvement I might recommend is a little better communication...I requested the quote on the front end and was informed that there would be follow up, but someone just showed up at the house without me knowing...which is great, but it would've been nice to know someone was coming beforehand. Also, I had to call a couple times to see when my work was to be performed and was informed that it was already scheduled, but I hadn't been made aware of that. I would consider these things minor to my overall experience. The positives FAR outweighed these 2 items. If I was grading a test, I'd give the overall experience a 99%. Outstanding.“

“We have used ‘Langer’s Tree service for years-purchasing black dirt and mulch, and have always been absolutely impressed by the way they do business! The gentleman who manages the service desk (Bill) is always very cordial; kind and professional!
He takes your order and works hard to get a timely delivery date (in fact-I recently just walked in to their office to order black dirt and he stated: “Let me see if we can deliver this today” and thats’ exactly what happened! The driver showed up at our place not an hour after placing the order!
The driver was also very cordial and professional, and when he arrived, he saw two huge spots on opposite sides of our yard (where huge maple trees had been removed), and though the delivery instructions stated ‘just drop the dirt in the driveway’, the driver said he would be happy to drop the large load directly over the two locations (1/2 on one side 1/2 on the other), which saved me about eight hours of ‘wheelbarrow’ time moving the dirt. On top of that, he refused to accept a tip stating: “What I did was just ‘customer service’”. What that driver did was absolutely EXCELLENT customer service!
His truck had the name: ‘Perry Langer’, and I was so dumfounded by his kindness, I failed to ask if he was ‘Perry’.
We just had a major sewer repair/dig done, and will need several yards of replacement mulch, and needless to say we will of course reorder from Langer’s.

“I had a great experience with Matt's Tree Service. I inquired about a removal of a large locust in my backyard through the website. Matt and his team assessed my property and gave me a quick quote, which was incredibly fair. Well within my budget. I had a few questions and called the office admin, and the same day, Matt himself called me back and talked me through everything. I booked the tree removal that day and also added trimming of a large maple I had nearby.

The team was booked out a few weeks and awaiting turning off a power line from Xcel. The day came and his crew showed up early, walked through everything before I went to work. When I came back from work everything was completed. Large tree removed in a tight space. All I had to do was remove a few fence panels for them to get their equipment in and allow them to remove the timber.

It was easy. Matt was super accessible, the team was friendly and knowledgable, and the damage to the yard was minimal. Most of all they were super affordable for the work they did. Obviously there were a few track marks from the machine I had to clean up, but that's part of the gig. I would recommend them to all my friends.“
