Oh our wonderful gem, Green Lotus Yoga! From the knowledgeable, caring and inspiring Yoga instructors to the informed natural healers/massage therapists to the metaphysical classes to enlighten us. A beautiful safe space to keep going and begin again.???
I have never found a yoga studio like green lotus. The virtual classes are so convenient and the spaces for in person classes are lovely. The approach to overall wellness and yoga practice is so different than anything I have found at traditional fitness centers that offer yoga classes. Highly recommend.
Green lotus offers a variety of amazing yoga classes for all levels and needs. The studio is friendly and inviting. It offers a space that encourages a calm and peaceful mind and body. Love this place!
