I left another larger Allina clinic when my doctor retired. I am 1,000% thrilled I found my new doctor here and this clinic. They are so personable from the minute you walk in, I no longer feel like a number.
I was able to get a 7am next day appt. for my severe low back pain. Very pleasant receptionist checked me in and Dr Krueger was fantastic. She identified what was going on from my medical history and patiently explained what was causing the pain. She gave me a prescription to help alleviate the pain and advice along with some stretching exercises to follow to increase flexibility and avoid stiffness. Great at explaining why, and what was going on and how I can take better care to prevent future flare ups. Excellent communication!
I have annual physicals with Dr. McCutcheon for a long time and my experience has been excellent and he listens and explains everything thoroughly and in language I understand. Everyone I have had contact with in this clinic has been very friendly and helpful.
