Absolutely phenomenal customer service...there was a small hiccup with scheduling and the ENTIRE clinic went out of their way above and beyond to help me....it was truly care that was about me as the patient not about them. They never once made it a well sorry about it, instead it was a we will fix this we will make this right again ENTIRE clinic attitude. It went from the scheduling to the front desk to the care team....I am beyond impressed and strongly encourage you to start your care experience at M Health Fairview Clinic of Lakeville....Again I can not say enough about the amazing way the entire hiccup was handled....absolutely phenomenal experience...

The wait times here for Urgent Care are unreal. Nearly 2 hours and no doctor in sight. Not to mention you can’t call Fairview Health for anything without waiting on the phone for an eternity. We have waited 20 or more minutes for a scheduled appointment. All around terrible .

The Dr I saw at the clinic listened and was able to help in 1 visit. I'd ready gone to Mayo 4 times and seen 3 different drs. When I had an issue after the appointment, I called and the staff was friendly and quick about communications between me and the Dr to address my concerns. Great experience and so grateful!
