“Needed two giant pines in font yard and stumps removed and yard cleanup and holes filled all on September 4th. As I was leaving on a prolonged trip the next day. Ted gave a reasonable price . Ted and his crew got it done and left my yard in great shape, these guys are pros , very hard workers and very professional explaining the entire operation clearly. Got it out of the way before next spring. I will definitely seek them out in the future if other projects arise. So glad I chose them !“

“Very happy with the work that was done was very good service through it all
.The only issue we had is we needed a window replaced and asked for an estimate and nobody ever got back to us about it even though we inquired a few times
The job has been done for over a month now, and we still have not heard about replacing our window
But as far as the repairs, they did do excellent work and worked well with our insurance company.“

“Ethan worked with me from start to finish to make sure my roof and gutters were repaired quickly (one of the first homes fixed on the block!) and correctly after an intense hailstorm with extensive damage to all the homes in my neighborhood. “Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it.
