“Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. Along with a free, no obligation initial inspection to determine whether I should open an insurance claim, Ethan was on-site during the insurance adjuster's inspection to work with the adjuster to ensure all damage was included in the claim. Ethan was also on-site during the re-roofing and gutter replacement to make sure everything went smoothly.
