Recenty hired Element Exteriors to side and roof a small dormer added to my roof. Not a huge job for them but John & crew gave it their utmost attention, collobrated on solution to a quirky situation and got the job done!
Element Exteriors replaced a roof due to storm damage for us, we added on a few additional items (gutters/fascia), the roof and upgrades were all done in a nice timely fashion. John worked directly w insurance and found some additional items that were quoted low, I received a check back from insurance for those items. Great experience, would recommend over others we tried to contract the roof with prior to contacting Element!
Top notch! Both my siding and roof were done by Element. Great customer service, project mngr out every few days to check on progress and work performed. Fair pricing, great communication, easily able to reach, prompt return calls. I knew the start date and the end date. MN raised so knows the community and weather. Final invoice was exactly as expected. Don't take these things for granted because sadly a lot of contractors are not great at this.
