“My dog and I had our first appointment here today and I can say, with no hesitation, that they are one of the finest clinics I have ever used. The vet and technicians were timely, respectful, and invested. I felt heard, validated, and like my dog's wellbeing was their top priority. My appointment was the last of the day. It would have been easy for them to push me through quickly so they could end their day. Instead they answered every question I had and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. They didn't pressure me to make quick decisions and instead gave me information so I could choose what was best for my dog's lifestyle. After only one appointment, they have gained my loyalty and respect. If you are on the fence about which vet to choose, please highly consider this one. The prices are fair and the people are phenomenal. I grew up on a farm, have had animals my whole life, and have interacted with countless vets. Through all of that, this was one of my best experiences yet. I am thrilled to have found a partner I trust to care for my dog.“

“Had my dogs here from Boston while visiting, my lab got a UTI. Birch Lake took us the DAY OF, were SUPER helpful, and very informative. Dr. Sally Prince was amazing, and deserves all the praise in the world. She followed up to see how Bella was doing, and I could genuinely tell her and the staff loved what they did. They treated my dog amazingly and I’m surprised I even got her out the door! She loved them all. 10/10, 100% recommended. If you care about your animals, bring them here!“

After 20 years at our current place they had evolved to the point where it felt like they never looked up from their computers when I came in with my cats, and that just didn't feel great. I get it, documentation and process is important, but my fur babies deserve at least a hello or welcoming glance.I gave NSP Animal Hospital a shot because they're super close to my house, so less time stressing out my pets, and convenient for me!I AM SO GLAD TO BE HERE.I have been blown away by the level of service. My cats get more follow up phone calls about their health than I do as a human patient!!! Which, let's be honest, is really how it should be. ?Check in/check out takes longer because of no fancy electronics, but worth it for the feeling of having a family doctor who is just as invested in your pets health and well being as you are.Thanks NSPAH!!! ?“
