“Brandon provided excellent service after a hail storm resulted in damage to our roof. An initial inspection by our insurance company suggested that there was no damage. However, after Brandon arranged for a second inspection by First Choice and our insurer, Farmer's agreed that there was some significant damage and agreed to pay for replacement costs. Brandon stuck with us throughout the process, kept us up to date on decisions by our insurer, and ultimately brought an excellent crew to our home and replaced the roof on our home and garage. “I am so happy that my daughter's friends recommended Norcon Home Solutions to do my bath remodel. I had a huge whirlpool tub and separate shower that were badly in need of replacement. In fact, the entire bathroom was very dated and run down when I bought the house. My vision was to eliminate the whirlpool tub and shower and add a regular bathtub and a much needed linen closet.Doug provided a complete written estimate and proposed drawing of the room within days of viewing the area. I really appreciated the advice and alternatives that he offered when I had to make some choices. Doug and Joe and the other team members were fantastic! All the work was done in a very precise and professional manner. They cleaned the work area each day and always made sure that I knew what was happening the next day. I have to compliment Doug on the frequent and speedy communication with this project.I also asked Doug to add cabinets to my mudroom and the laundry room. “Our roof was 14 years old when we decided to replace it. To get the best deal on a new roof, we called six different companies to get different estimates on roof types and prices. Out of the six people that came, Weatherguard was the only one that told us to call our insurance. When our insurance looked at our old roof, they said that they will pay half the cost of the new roof. Because they were the only ones to tell us to call insurance, We picked them to give us a new roof. Would definitely recommend.“

“Late on the afternoon of Friday the 13th this October, we began getting water dripping into our utility room. Recall the weather - it had been raining for almost 2 days and continued. I had a phone number - to Nick - who answered and was at our house within an hour. He went into the attic, found several leaks, went onto the roof while it was still raining and made temporary repairs. As of 4:00m pm, 11/3/23, BRUGGEMAN EXTERIORS completed repairs to the roof including vents and some underlayment. I'm sure our HOA will be as pleased as I am to do business with Bruggeman who really understand this customer's worries. Special thanks to Nick & crew !!“
