We had some hail damage last year and after some research and comparing other roofing companies, we decided Tacheny had the best track record with our insurance (state farm) and therefore had the best chance for a successful claim. Nate did the initial inspection and was my main point of contact throughout the process. His first inspection was detailed and thorough. He was able to find not only damage on the roof, but the gutters and regretfully our new window wraps. He was upfront with us from the beginning and said we had a good chance of getting a claim pushed through, but he couldn’t guarantee it. Tacheny replaced my roof and siding almost ten years ago and have continued to follow up with great customer service. With a recent storm, Dave reached out and not only gave a free inspection, but cleaned out debris in my gutters and pointed out a few small touch ups to do. This is a great trustworthy company who takes good care of their customers.
