Ice Dam Guys

We had not one, not two, but THREE ice dams wreaking havoc between January and February 2023 at two locations in the metro area. I worked with Jay, who patiently fielded my numerous calls to schedule the removal of the dams. Jay was patient with my questions and extremely responsive with return calls. Hart and Ryan were the contractors who removed the dams between January and February 2023. Both of these guys are top notch. They are professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I am a fan and would recommend this company any time.

I had ice dams on my north side that were very large and worrying—first time I’d ever had such significant dams (freak winter storm followed by melt and freeze) and I was very concerned about expensive damage if they weren’t cleared on a timely basis (I was “high and dry”with no damage and wanted to ensure it stayed that way). We had more freezing rain in the forecast followed by more extremely cold weather.The Ice Dam Guys fit me in promptly and Taylor from the Ice Dam Guys was on time and on schedule getting the job done. Thank you Gary for the opportunity to praise Corey and your company this survey.First, I must say Corey was one of the most personable, responsive,and professional person I've dealt with for an emergency like ours after experiencing little to no response from local providers.
