“Absolutely fantastic. I had a tooth infection that needed urgent treatment. I also had a flight to Central America in 4 days where I will see my children and have limited access to medical care.
The whole practice was able to accomdate my urgency. They didn't just help me, they helped my daughter start highschool on the right foot.
The business review:
-Front desk was very upfront with pricing and options. This is very helpful to determine the best course for myself.
- When I explained my situation to the front desk, they immediately handled it.
-The front desk was able to navigate most of the pricing and procedures from memory, that is top tier management.
-The dental assistant was a highlight of my day. She answered every silly question I had and kept me informed throughout the whole processs.
-The extraction! Dr. Ryan was incredible! It was genuinely one of the best experiences I had. They were able to narrate every step accurately, which indicated their process was methodical and working as planned.
-The extraction was so precise and clean, the socket is healing well so far. (The prescribed medication does help a lot, however, it's apparent my mouth is healing very quickly and I only needed a short duration of the painkillers)
For me personally: I actually intend to spend quite a bit on my teeth that insurance won't cover. It's just a thing I want. Because this office was so transparent with their pricing, this makes it marginally easier to budget for these procedures.
Because of this, I am gladly returning. This has probably been the most comfortable dentist experience in my 30+ years in Minnesota.
