“I was visiting from out of town when tooth troubles started. It quickly became an urgent matter and LHD found time to look at my situation and set me up for the treatment procedure required. The front office coordinated with my home dentist as needed, and got me sorted out professionally, promptly, and carefully. I found them friendly and kind, from the first phone call to followup check-in. Having the full range of endodontist services in one spot was great for me, and Dr. Puntiillo was excellent. I liked the way she kept me informed of what was happening. Spending that long in a procedure is hard for everyone but I was comfortable the whole time I was there. And my problem is now resolved.The office is extremely well designed and comfortable with lots of natural light, and up to date technology. I highly recommend them.“
“I had a great experience after my first visit and liked how my teeth were cleaned. I appreciated the modern technology as well. Friendly and helpful staff, but did not give 5 stars because I did not see people who looked like me. I hope their staff becomes more diverse the next time I visit.“

“I have enormous anxiety about going to the dentist, particularly of needles and pointy things being shoved in my mouth. The dentists and hygienists at FDC are so compassionate and gentle, and I started going to them because they were just across the street from where I lived but now we continue to drive in even though we moved to Minnetonka. If that's not enough, we are moving to Sweden but STILL planning our flights back to the US based on our dental appointments because they are just THAT GOOD (and I'm that big of a wimp). I really can't even imagine going anywhere else and receiving the kind of care that I do here.“

“Booking my new patient appointment was a bit frustrating. I filled out the online form and got a phone call back -- which was great. However, since I was not able to take the call at the time the receptionist left me a voicemail. The frustrating part was when I tried returning the call, pressing "1" for "New Patient" several times over a couple of days, no one was ever there to answer the phone. Finally, I called back and pressed "2" for "Scheduling an Appointment" and got connected to the person who left me the voicemail. I was told that when you press "1" it routes to a desk that only one person works at and is usually not at her desk. A bit strange to have that as an option then. After providing all my details, the receptionist was able to get me scheduled the same week which was great. The dental hygienist and dentist were both great. And the cleaning and exam were also very good!“
