My visit was FANTASTIC!!!!! I have anxiety of going to the dentist and definitely have skipped some years. Their approach was calm, inclusive and welcoming. From reception,to the hygienist(Faith) and Dr. Shamblott, I was heard,encouraged, not judged or shamed. All staff was kind and smiling. My care plan was in plain English,explained and open to questions. Looking forward to my next visit and I've have NEVER said that about a dentist before. 😊😊😊
I can definitely recommend this Dentristry. Had a crown fall off last winter while I was doing contract work. I was about 235 miles away from my home dentist. Shamblott got me in within the next day. And after the exam, they had me scheduled within the next couple of days for a temporary and the permanent the week after. They were super helpful in getting me into their schedule. They stayed late, so I could get it done after work even. Dr. Claudia who did the procedure, is an excellent dentist and made crown implantation very smooth.
