Booking my new patient appointment was a bit frustrating. I filled out the online form and got a phone call back -- which was great. However, since I was not able to take the call at the time the receptionist left me a voicemail. The frustrating part was when I tried returning the call, pressing "1" for "New Patient" several times over a couple of days, no one was ever there to answer the phone. Finally, I called back and pressed "2" for "Scheduling an Appointment" and got connected to the person who left me the voicemail. Brought my kid to their first dentist appointment here and it could not have gone any better. The dentist tech was patient, kind, and listened to my kids stories/questions about the process.The dentist we saw helped build my kid’s confidence about their teeth, asked them questions about their teeth and mouth health so they were part of the appointment and felt like their voice was heard.It is soooo important for kids to like going to the dentist and this first experience had solidified the dentist as a positive and fun experience. So thankful for the team at Southdale Dental Associates making a raving fan out of my kiddo.

Felt very comfortable working with both Linda and Dr. Mehta on first stage of my dental implant. Linda explained what steps I was going to go through and was very helpful covering all the steps and medication instructions following the extraction. Dr. Mehta was gentle in the process and I appreciated his reviewing an X-ray with me following the extraction. His follow up call the following day to check in with me was very thoughtful.
