“This has been one of the better experiences I’ve had at the dentist. The office is clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It had been awhile since I went for a cleaning but they were kind with their approach and not judgmental. I also had to have a crown put in—I didn’t have to wait forever for an appointment and they design and make the crowns in-house. Dr. Steve walked my through everything they were doing. Additionally he was really good about giving me all options and explaining the benefits and drawbacks of them all—I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into the most expensive options, in fact his recommendations were usually the middle of the road options. “Mother and I had been patients at Crystal Dental care for 15+ years. Mother ended up switching insurance and moved us to various other practices in recent years. Here I find myself several years later (now on my own policy) switching back to Crystal Dental Care.

They are very organized, friendly and trustworthy, and have never tried to upcharge us or do things that are not necessary.

The amount of times I’ve had other practices cancel on me last minute (one time while en route), misplace things, tack on random education fees that insurance doesn’t cover, give incorrect estimates etc forced me to go back!
