“Eric did such a great job! After a hail storm he stopped by seeing if we had any damage. After seeing our roof definitely needed replacing we put a claim into our insurance company. The adjuster denied the claim saying there wasn't enough damage. If it wasn't for Eric we would have thought that was the end of it but he told us we could ask for a second adjuster to come out. We did that and finally got them to agree to the claim. This whole process took almost a year but Eric stayed with it the whole time. He never gave up on us and stayed professional the whole time. 10/10 recommend!!!“
