I wish I could click “yes” 100 times. On 2/2 I pipe in my lower level burst. Since it was 7:00 on a Friday night, I was overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. My ins comp agent said he had a guy and wanted to know if he should put him in touch. I agreed. The owner came out the next day to take a look. He pulled up the carpet, got rid of the padding, and set up the blowers and a dehumidifier. After a couple of days, he sent Cory to start the work. I gave him access the the house. He called or text me daily to touch base. His work was impeccable. He removed the sheetrock, dried the insulation, replaced the sheetrock, repainted all the walls, even the undamaged ones, and even painted the ceiling and it was all done ahead of schedule. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the work and the time it took. Thank you Bauer Services, especially Cory, for an awesome job.
We worked with Bauer back in 2022 for a relatively complex fire restoration on our home, and overall had a great experience with them.
It was a difficult and emotional time for us and we were out of the home for 8 months. With the complexity of the project and being in the covid era, there were a number of things that unfortunately didn't go perfectly. We had delays, miscommunications, errors, etc.. But what I loved about Bauer and Don in particular is that he was open to addressing questions/concerns, owned up to mistakes, and was always willing to make things right.
