It’s one of those shops where you get what you pay for but the staff is amazing. I went in and I spoke with a lady who I think her name was Christina and I only had a couple of jeans that I needed to have sewn and she was honest with me, she said after asking her advice about the matter she gave me her advice on the matter and she was honest about this situation. The team is definitely there to answer your questions help you out see you Thru but they’re not there to make a cell but more so just to make sure that you getting what you want for me that’s five star service all the way around the board
Stopped in looking for advice on purchasing a new machine and Pat was more than helpful. She was incredibly sweet and found the perfect sewing machine without trying to oversell me. She was so helpful in showing me how the machine worked and letting me “drive” the machine
Came in with multiple issues and I was immediately helped and even taught a few new tricks. At one point I had 3 different people looking at my machine to try and help. They were able to diagnose it and let me know my options. Such kind and helpful staff! Would recommend for any sewing needs!
