Diane helped answer my question about my machine and helping to obtain a part I need. Both ladies were very nice and helpful 👍 There is also a wide selection of machines from sewing to embroidery to longarm. Also have a fabric printer and the AccuQuilt system. I'll be going back!
I took my machine in today to drop it off to get repaired. The lady who helped me wanted to check the needle. After replacing it, the machine ran perfect. She told me that they offer a one hour class for $50.00 to show me the features of my machine. What a wonderful experience I had today.
It’s one of those shops where you get what you pay for but the staff is amazing. I went in and I spoke with a lady who I think her name was Christina and I only had a couple of jeans that I needed to have sewn and she was honest with me, she said after asking her advice about the matter she gave me her advice on the matter and she was honest about this situation. The team is definitely there to answer your questions help you out see you Thru but they’re not there to make a cell but more so just to make sure that you getting what you want for me that’s five star service all the way around the board
