Dear Fairview - please quit over promising services and wait time. Your docs and supporting staff are stretched to max. Many are leaving. Better to be honest about services so people can plan around things… patients need to work to.Stop the Stanford merger and work on what you got. We get it, you are under staffed so stop the “promises” if they are simply not realistic.

I have been fighting a sinus infection for 6 weeks now, this is my second time coming in since I now have bronchitis to go with it. I called this morning to get an appointment,the lady on the phone was so courteous and had the sweetest voice she got me in a few hours with Dr.Jacob Reichert whom was amazing he was so patient and thorough took time to go over all medications he was very confident when explaining everything to me.I love everything about this clinic from the front desk person Diana celebrating her 20 years there.All the nurses, lab and xray over the 16 years I have been coming here you get to know them. Never ever had an issue here. I've been going to fairview since I was kid and have continued as an adult. The staff are always amazing at answering my questions - whether they pertain to what we are there for or not.
