Ever since the merger, it takes 30+ min wait time to make an appt via phone. Their mychart consistently glitches while making appts online. Also, Fairview in general has become too agenda pushing over the yrs. A pediatrician in Aug of 2017 named Jessica wanted my insurance to pay for an appt specifically so we could debate vaccinations just because I didn't want my son to receive vaccines due to family medical history. Both my mom in the 70s and I in 2011 were injured by vaccines. My mom almost died from encephalitis from the MMR vaccine. Made an appointment and i show up and they tell me i do not have one. I ask if any clinics around here have any appointments and she tells me nope rogers has none. i call rogers and they have available appointments all day???? so i schedule one and i show up to my appointment in rogers and they tell me i do not have an appt! so annoying.

Had a horrible experience with our first pediatrician from a different clinic and had such a hard time finding one we felt we could trust. Coming here was the best decision. The dr we have started bringing our kids to listens and seems to really care about our kids.
