Park Dental Elk River receives mixed reviews from patients. Some describe the experience as amazing and great, noting the staff is friendly and does great work. Multiple patients report the clinic is very affordable, especially on their payment plans, and that appointments are easy, even for those with dental anxiety. The office is also commended for its efficiency in handling last-minute appointments.
However, other reviews express significant disappointment and frustration. Some patients report being given an ultimatum regarding specialist referrals and regular care, and note a lack of coordination for urgent referral follow-up, which can delay care. While many praise the clinical work and service, these administrative and care coordination issues are a point of concern for some.
Had a dental emergency prior to going out of town for surgery. After several calls to other dentists, Park got me in right away and was able to patch my tooth to get me back on track for surgery. I will be back for my cleaning and a solid repair, but I cannot thank them enough for fixing me up today and making sure I didn't have tooth pain while recovering from cancer surgery.
I totally forgot my Tuesday appointment and didn't realize it until Friday morning. I called and apologized and was expecting a couple month waiting time. They had a noon cancelation and got me in that same day. They have been great.
The Elk River Park Dental has been amazing!! I have anxiety over going to the dentist and haven’t gone in years and they made the experience great. Even though I had fillings all of my appointments went great and I left thinking well that was easy and way better than I expected. Since I don’t have insurance I went on one of their plans and it was very affordable. So glad I picked Park Dental for my new dentist.
