“I had an exceptional experience at The Optical a t 50th and France. I went in knowing I wanted to purchase two pairs of eyewear, and I had the pleasure of working with Kitty as my optician. From the moment I sat down, Kitty took the time to learn about my style and assess my face shape to determine which frames would suit me best.
I loved that instead of me trying on dozens of frames, Kitty did the shopping for me. Every frame she brought over came with a thoughtful explanation — how it complemented my face shape, worked with my eyebrows, and whether it was the right width or height. She even paid attention to details like whether the lenses touched my cheeks.
In just about half an hour (including the transaction), Kitty found two pairs of eyewear that I truly love. When I picked up my glasses, she made sure each pair fit securely and comfortably, and that I was completely happy with them.
This was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had in my 33 years of wearing glasses. The opticians here are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll be coming here from now on for all my eyewear needs—and as a bonus, it feels great to support a local small business!“

I was incredibly indecisive today while picking out new glasses and spent at least 45 minutes trying on and comparing frames, and the ladies working were so patient and kind, giving me honest opinions when I asked but never making me feel rushed or like they were annoyed by me taking so long. Once I narrowed it down to a few they helped advise me what was best suited for the type of lenses I needed and walked me through what to expect from my first trifocals. They pointed out sales and let me know about deals but didn’t push me to spend more than I was comfortable with while making sure I was getting exactly what i wanted out of my new glasses.
