I had a prescription that was lost/stolen on Thursday evening. I emailed Dr Rogers and his Nurse of my issue and I told them that I needed a replacement. Though they were super busy, both of them, they actually took the extra time to make sure I didn’t go without my medication. Dr Rogers has been my primary for almost 9 years now, and he has always taken time to listen to me, and explain things.

The Lakeview Clinic is one of the most patient focused facilities left in a medical system that has become very difficult to navigate. They return calls promptly, they have time for you no matter what your age, they listen, they are beyond competent in their field, they post on the portal immediately, they have easy physical access, and they work together! They communicate fully with each other and their patients. Making appointments is a friendly, patient process. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a meaningful, caring relationship with your medical community.

I would not change my clinic for any other one. The staff is very responsive. Yesterday when I came in the receptionist saw I was in distress and quickly got a nurse to me. He was excellent and took care of my needs as well as a lot of informative information on how I can deal with my situation. Last but not lease I have the best physician in the world Dr. Sarah Carlson EVERYTIME I need her she is always there and goes above and beyond to take care of me!THANKS STAFF!!!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
