I have received excellent care by several of the dermatologists at Lakes Dermatology for about 5 years. I’m in my 70’s and have seen many doctors over my lifetime. The exceptionally kind and skillful doctors and the support staff at Lakes Dermatology always put me at ease. They have earned my full confidence.
On time. Staff was courteous and professional. I was given all the information I needed and an opportunity to ask questions. The work was done painlessly and efficiently. I was given an opportunity to ask questions. I was given complete discharge instructions.
I highly recommend Dr. Marisa Chapman at Lakes Dermatology to address any of your skin care needs or concerns! I had a skin concern for 1 year and could not get any resolution or solutions from several other doctors I had seen . First time I met her she was friendly, compassionate, listened well, and came up with her diagnosis and plan in less than 10 minutes! I implemented her plan, and my problem was gone!! She nailed it! Not one other doctor had ever even mentioned what she ultimately diagnosed, so my year of worry and concern, thinking it may be more serious, was resolved with one visit to her!
