OK absolutely love my doctor Dr Utz. She is awesome and that’s why I continued to go here. I just wanted to leave Feedback regarding getting messages to them. Today I needed to call as they were to send a referral for Moses surgery 2 weeks ago and the clinic had not received it. I literally waited 50 minutes to talk to the front desk who then transferred me to the nurses station where I waited another 10 minutes and then had to leave a message and was told I might hear back in 48 hours. Really bad customer service. Secondly, while you are on hold this annoying woman comes on every 15 seconds to repeat herself as though we are stupid. Love this clinic. We switched here from spring park a few years ago for both pediatric and regular provider care. Very pleased with our decision. Dr. Kurtz and Dr. Jahnke are amazing! Receptionists are always attentive and helpful as well. Thank you so much!
Dr Kurtz is the best, even when she wasn't technically my mom's and my doctor and we both had covid really bad, she would check up on us contiously all hours of the day and night and she was in early pregnancy at the time! I felt if a doctor would be this attentive and caring not being her current patient, I figured she must be the best doctor IF we were! She impressed us so much, as soon as we got out of the hospital, we switched over to her as our doctor and have been very happy ever since.
