She developed a good relationship with a number of the caregivers and the agency was very reasonable to work with. With their help, Scott's mother was able to remain in her apartment for over a year. Once her conditions necessitated 24 hour care, we continued to utilize the caregivers, who were extremely valuable for their emotional support and advocacy amidst a challenging environment. We are certain that Joyful Companions extended and enhanced her later years and will be forever grateful for that.“

“I lived at the st johns Plymouth location in late 2020 and I had absolutely no problems there. im a clean freak so that was a concern before I moved in but let me tell you that house was kept spotless clean by staff. I'm forever grateful for the owner Joy because I always felt like she had my back, so if you're looking for somewhere clean, safe and well managed you should probably choose this place. Facts!“

“I have worked at My Brothers Keeper for 18 months. I have seen quite a few group homes, and the one I work at for MBK is easily the best I have ever seen. Client focus, where the rubber meets the road, is impeccable. The eight employees that work at this site support the clients and each other. The onsite program manager is the reason for this; a compassionate, caring, hard working and derailed individual. While the home office may not get an A+ for clear communication and responsiveness, in my experience this is true of most organizations; and they are all good people. With a mission like MBK's, the focus is on the client and it's pretty clear that ee concerns are second. Don like it? Don't do this type of work!“

“Accra is a great company to work for. The only reason I docked it one star is that payroll has gone downhill. I blame it on new personnel but if that is all it is they should be back in the swing of things now. I do know that mistakes we deem trivial can cause things to be much slower.“
