I am responsible party of a client with Accra. Every single support staff I've found and tried to onboard with Accra has been such a painstaking process. Staff who have trouble with the application receive no support/contact from Accra, once the application is submitted, we hear nothing- I have to reach out numerous times myself, typically to have the buck passed between parties and no progress made. Any new applicant typically means that I should expect to be spending at least 45 minutes on hold between numerous phone calls and follow up calls. If it wasn't such a pain to switch agencies, I would have done so already.

Accra is a great company to work for. The only reason I docked it one star is that payroll has gone downhill. I blame it on new personnel but if that is all it is they should be back in the swing of things now. I do know that mistakes we deem trivial can cause things to be much slower.

I am a PCA with Accra and have been for almost a year and a half. They have been great, and my boss is the best. I found Accra through my boss when he was in need of a PCA. I haven't had any issues and am going to continue working with them.
