I have never had an issue. They always email back and take care of any issues. Upon reading some of the complaints on here, I would like to say that’s probably an issue on the other person’s party not Accra. I feel like people are angry because they didn’t get reimbursed. Starting to get paid back within a pay. Period well stuff takes time if you report stuff wrong. You don’t get paid on time if you turn stuff in at the end of a pay period you probably won’t get it till the next pay. Period I’ve cashed on my PTO many times and had it within two weeks. The level of professionalism at Accra is something rare found amongst the providers we have available to select from. I am appreciative of the scope of services offered at Accra, giving Case Managers the ability to get one client under one provider. Staff has always been responsive and respectful to any request.
I am responsible party of a client with Accra. Every single support staff I've found and tried to onboard with Accra has been such a painstaking process. Staff who have trouble with the application receive no support/contact from Accra, once the application is submitted, we hear nothing- I have to reach out numerous times myself, typically to have the buck passed between parties and no progress made. Any new applicant typically means that I should expect to be spending at least 45 minutes on hold between numerous phone calls and follow up calls. If it wasn't such a pain to switch agencies, I would have done so already.
