As a caregiver for Joyful Companions, I was continually impressed by the agency’s incredible thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and genuine compassion for the not only the people they serve, but their employees as well. If my loved ones needed this service, I would not even consider another agency.

I am extremely grateful to the exceptional team at Joyful Companions. When my sister’s health declined, Sara Michel skillfully and patiently guided us through the process. Sara was intentional and conscientious about matching my sister with amazing caregivers who shared so much in common with my sister that the experience went beyond assistance to one of friendship. And I cannot say enough wonderful things about the caregivers at Joyful Companions. Margie, Wendy, Rhonda and Kirsten were loving, kind and always flexible with their time and energy. Sadly, my sister has passed, but the positive memories of the team at Joyful Companions live on for my family.

I couldn’t do in home care giving for my mom without them. They fill in when I can’t be there. They give me a break and really bring happiness to my mom. It’s so good to have someone outside the family to invest in her. She looks forward to visiting, playing games, puzzles or adventures.
