“My aunt has been employed by this company, for more than 4 years. The staff ensures sure she has what she needs. The company has had it times when they have been at fault but they resolve it as quickly as possible and with great sincerity. To my understanding I don’t really know much about this stuff but so far she has been taken care off.“

“Ok Saturday my husband was coming home from hospital help was suppose to be here to helpi was on way home from hospital grandson called and said no one was here and no one called to say that no one would be here not acceptable!!! Then today Monday no one came should be here at 8:00 did get call from them at 8:20.there looking for someone .I can't take care of him by myself.This has happened to. Us before. I have been very happy with the help they have sent me lately the girls are super kind and gentle with my husbund .Some have gone above and beyond to help us and I thank them for that..Hopefully things will get better in the future for my husband's care .“

“My county caseworker found Patience In Home Care just after the first of the year. Prior to that, I had not been receiving regular or reliable help in my home. The first person I was matched with was amazing. She immediately started deep cleaning my kitchen and organizing things so that I could get at them more easily. Dee was a great self-starter and was able to anticipate my needs and really took time to get to know me. I quickly learned how much help I really needed.
Unfortunately, I moved and had to be matched with a new worker. Julia, is very professional, educated, and kind. She helps me with understanding my body, knowing when to rest and when to get moving. She is a great listener and can anticipate my needs.
Over the years since I started needing this level of help, I have never been taking care of so well...
