“Words cannot describe how thankful I am for these guys. The owner, Steve was really easy to deal with. Within an hour of calling him about my furnace DYING, he had a guy out here looking at it for me. Trevor, the tech was a knowledgeable guy and even tried to talk about repair, even though I had replacement in my head before he got there. I got my quote within an hour of Trevor leaving and they were back the next morning to replace my old, 1980 furnace with a brand new Trane system. I feel bad I missed the other installers name, but he really knew his stuff too. Once the unit was installed he took a good 20-30 minutes to make sure I understood and was comfortable following the directions on how to keep this furnace going. I would hands down recommend these guys to anyone having issues with their heating or cooling systems.Thank you all, you gave my family a warm and safe home once again!“

“MMT Heating and Cooling is our go-to for all mini split and boiler issues. They installed our mini splits on short notice in spring of 2021. They were super responsive and really made us feel like our home and needs were a priority for them. We got quotes from two other companies for our AC but went with MMT because they were the most responsive and professional in their communications and gave us a lot of confidence that they'd do the job in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. We've been very pleased with the outcome.They also replaced our boiler and a thermostat. The number one thing I appreciated about their work on our boiler (besides being nice and warm again) is that they were SUPER clean! When they were done for the day, there wasn't a trace of the enormous project they had undertaken in the basement. That was HUGE for us because we have a toddler who will find anything that she's not supposed to eat, including trash and debris, and then she'll try to eat it.These guys are phenomenal. “We called Carlson about installing a water heater that we bought last summer. The very next day they sent over Karl and he was super dedicated to making the heater fit into an extremely tight spot in the basement. I was very worried that it might not be possible to make it fit into the space, but Karl went way beyond the call of duty in making it squeeze into the spot that our old, smaller heater was in. I can't say enough about his pleasantness and expertise through the whole "impossible" project. I'm sure many other installers would not have even attempted to make it happen, but Karl was JUST FANTASTIC and today the heater is working great!“
