We called Carlson about installing a water heater that we bought last summer. The very next day they sent over Karl and he was super dedicated to making the heater fit into an extremely tight spot in the basement. I was very worried that it might not be possible to make it fit into the space, but Karl went way beyond the call of duty in making it squeeze into the spot that our old, smaller heater was in. I can't say enough about his pleasantness and expertise through the whole "impossible" project. I'm sure many other installers would not have even attempted to make it happen, but Karl was JUST FANTASTIC and today the heater is working great!

Just wanted to say that I have used Carlson Duluth for my furnance and my tankless water heater and Kevin and TJ have been awesome to deal with! Great customer service from Kevin in regards to scheduling and contact. And TJ for coming to my house and taken care of everything in a timely and professional manner! Great guys and pleasure to work with!

I had to get a new furnace and they were quick in getting here, cleaned up after themselves, and installed the new pvc and condensation hose professionally so I won't have to worry about it at all. They were amazing.
