Has installed one furnace in our old home and has also talked me through fixing issues we were having with our old furnace to get by and now helped me over the phone to convert our new home furnace over to lp from natural gas. I noticed our A/C was making a strange sound, almost like it was blocked and struggling to push air through the ducts. I called Veterans Heating & Cooling’s 24/7 service line late on a Sunday night and was scheduled for a service call at 9:00 AM the very next morning. When I spoke with Jeff to explain what was happening, he immediately got to work on an estimate for a new A/C unit. He even rearranged his schedule so our installation could happen within two days—a lifesaver, since our upstairs gets uncomfortably hot during the day. This isn’t the first time Jeff has come through for us. When we needed to replace our furnace several years back, he was just as quick, reliable, and professional. He’s always upfront about maintenance intervals, takes time to answer questions, and offers helpful tips to keep everything running smoothly in between service calls. I never hesitate to recommend Jeff. He’s honest, kind, helpful, and professional, and I don’t plan to look anywhere else for heating and cooling needs. 🙂
On 12/8/2023 Jeff replaced our furnace. He not only ensured we would again have heat, he may have saved our lives. Come to find out, that with our old furnace, not only did we get intermittent heat but it was leaking carbon monoxide! While I was on a vacation in August, the carbon monoxide detector went off. My husband, unplugged it thinking it needed a new battery. I want to thank Jeff for his promptness and professionalism. When he was done, he cleaned up everything as if he had never been here.
