“Krause installed our propane furnace and AC in the fall of 2022 and removed our old oil furnace and tank. We were having issues getting a propane tank delivered, they installed the furnace and AC anyway, when the tank was finally delivered they were here within an hour to get our heat going. Recently, with this cold snap, our furnace stopped running. We called Krause, got a call back within 10 minutes, and Bill said to get a heat gun and thaw out our regulator. We were offered an immediate service call but we were also given the option to take care of it ourselves so we could avoid the charge for a service call. 5 stars, if I could do 7 stars I would.“

“Sheet Metal Solutions made us a stainless steel shroud to cover a vent duct up to the ceiling above our cabinets, and also stainless pieces for the backsplash and inside the cabinet opening, making the whole range come together with the vent. Mark was great ti work with in the design, suggesting clamps to hold the shroud to the wall which worked great!“

“Cannot recommend Guthrie enough!
All of them were so kind and helpful. Our hot water heater went out over night and we were lucky enough that they had an opening the next morning. Michelle in the office, was prompt in returning my inquiry, knowledgeable, forthcoming in cost, and even found us a new water heater! I was so comfortable having Dale & Trevor come into my home. They were so nice, answered all of my questions, and even showed me what things did and were called. “MMT Heating and Cooling is our go-to for all mini split and boiler issues. They installed our mini splits on short notice in spring of 2021. They were super responsive and really made us feel like our home and needs were a priority for them. We got quotes from two other companies for our AC but went with MMT because they were the most responsive and professional in their communications and gave us a lot of confidence that they'd do the job in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. We've been very pleased with the outcome.They also replaced our boiler and a thermostat. The number one thing I appreciated about their work on our boiler (besides being nice and warm again) is that they were SUPER clean! When they were done for the day, there wasn't a trace of the enormous project they had undertaken in the basement. That was HUGE for us because we have a toddler who will find anything that she's not supposed to eat, including trash and debris, and then she'll try to eat it.These guys are phenomenal.
