Duluth yoga is a clean fun safe space, where all are welcome. The a variety of classes can match anyone's skill level. Their schedule is convenient for everyone schedule, 5:30 am classes are my fave. The teacher are fun energetic, and looking to help you grow in your practice. Would definitely recommend.

Duluth Yoga offers a wide range of classes including a (very difficult) sculpt class to a restore yoga class. The teachers are all fantastic and welcoming. The space is calming and inviting. Check it out!

Amazing class because amazing teacher. Guys out there reading/hesitating: give it a try; you will like it. Feels like a great full body workout combined with therapy for past sports injuries.
