The two women behind the counter were so very friendly and nice. They repaired my glasses And when they were finished, I asked them how much I owed them and they said nothing. “I moved to Minnesota from Iowa and needed to find a new eye doctor. Moving to Kennedy Vision was seamless and easy, and I was able to get scheduled very quickly. The office in Plymouth was clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered my contacts through them and they arrived very quickly. I did see an update that they requiring all patients to do the Optomap exam, which is not fully covered by insurance (I believe it's a $39 copay for patients 18+). While this may be beneficial, I do with there was an option to stick with the basic exam that is covered. Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Kennedy Vision!“

“I had an exceptional experience at The Optical a t 50th and France. I went in knowing I wanted to purchase two pairs of eyewear, and I had the pleasure of working with Kitty as my optician. From the moment I sat down, Kitty took the time to learn about my style and assess my face shape to determine which frames would suit me best.
I loved that instead of me trying on dozens of frames, Kitty did the shopping for me. Every frame she brought over came with a thoughtful explanation — how it complemented my face shape, worked with my eyebrows, and whether it was the right width or height. She even paid attention to details like whether the lenses touched my cheeks.
In just about half an hour (including the transaction), Kitty found two pairs of eyewear that I truly love. When I picked up my glasses, she made sure each pair fit securely and comfortably, and that I was completely happy with them.
